i have a problem to make a voltage to current converter circuit and current to voltage converter circuit. i need some help to solve my problem..thanks anyway....

Just like you can't convert "mile per hour" into "potatos," you can't convert "voltage" into "current." Please try to describe your task a bit better. Are you talking about a transformer? (To transform high voltage-low current into low voltage-high current)?
