Expalin why obsatcles, such as buildings and houses, do not interfer much with the reception of broadcasts.

Look at the size of a typical house/building, and then compare that to the wavelength of a typical radio transmission.
You may also want to do this comparison with something that you know is interfered with, such as visible light. Look at the wavelength of a visible light, and compare that to the size of the house/building.
