can we make a Nuetron by bombarding a proton with electrons or just have one electron hit it? And maybe shoot Antineutrino's at it

Neutrons can be produced by bombarding protons with electrons, as confirmed in the discussion. A single electron is sufficient to initiate this process. Additionally, the capture of an electron from the K shell by a proton can lead to the transformation of the proton into a neutron, accompanied by the release of a neutrino and the emission of X radiation. This phenomenon illustrates the relationship between electron capture and neutron formation in atomic nuclei.
