Hi.

I want some information about how to make this. But that's not the prob. the prob. is that you can only use: Diodes (Normal & zener), capacitors, inductors & resistors, U can not use complex devices. If U know something, please reply this message.

Sounds like homework with restrictions like that.

If you cannot use transistors then you will have just that much more of a little challenge to figure out.

There is not enough info in your question -- the components you mention will sit there doing nothing - you need at least one energy source to start even if it's a battery and you did not say whether it is a temporary or persistent oscillation. Expand if you want an answer. Ray
