It looks like the on-line graphing program I've used for years is now down:

GraphCalc (http://www.graphcalc.com/), a standalone program for Windows, is my favourite. Plots 2D and 3D, Cartesian and polar, and does parametric equations as well. (No implicit--those are computationally difficult to graph). If you really need online graphing applets just do a google search for "graphing applet" or "online graphing calculator".
