Can anyone tell me how I could find out the exact direction that the Pioneer spacecraft are travelling? I need to figure out what direction they are travelling relative to the cosmic microwave background radiation.

The CMBR arrives isotropically from all directions. The departure from isotropy is less than 1 part per thousand. If you are asking about that departure from isotropy, you might start here:
