Belarus or Ukrain

I'm going to study physics in eastren europe this year, but I'm very confused to know where is the best physics programs, some people said Belarus and some others said its ukrain. :confused:

I hope you help me if you have some informations about this. any input will be appreciated

The best way to pick is going to Belarus and to Ukraine to visit the Universities and talk with undergraduates and teachers.
