would the heat generated by covering my car under the sun would still fade its paint?
since maybe its more hotter inside the plastic cover since theres no air circulation would this still make my car paint fade more?

The main cause of degradation isn't the heat caused by the sunlight, but rather the ultraviolet part of the sunlight itself. So if you are worried about the car's finish, a cover will help.

And even though there is not much air circulation, the temperature of the car will still be less than the temperature of the opaque cover.

Thermal heat MAY(not always) be increased, but think "ultraviolet" which is much more damaging yet blocked by covering.

And also think about the movement of the cover, I have seen plenty of cars that were covered religiously that had spots worn all over the paint job because of wind moving the cover around. Imo let the thing fade and repair the paint when it is no longer up to your standards, just keep in mind that this advice is coming from one whos truck only gets washed when it rains.
