This is in my Calc BC class, a homework question from the maximums and minimums section. Can someone solve it please? I know the answers but my work doesnt look too good. Thanks a lot.

the answers are:
height= 3R
base=2R(3)^(1/2)
sides=2R(3)^(1/2)
