Complacency vs Contentment

As i understand,
Complacency = False satisfaction, no desire to excel
Contentment = True satisfaction, desire to excel

I strive for contentment. :smile:

I strive for satisfaction, but not excel. If I am satisfied, I am happy where I am, not craving for something better.
