if the first is true, then according to it, the second is true, according to which the first is false. but this condition is derived only if we consider the first statement as true.

thus, the two conditions contradict and hence the post as a whole is false, as the name suggests, this means that the title of the post is true, but as it reads
"this statement is false" it is also contradicting itself, and thus the whole post and the person who posted it are either totally confused, or they are trying to confuse us
