I was wondering if any of you could help me out a little. I have this unitless ratio:

1/(1.36*10^23) = 7.33*10*(-24) = ((e^2)(k))/((c)(h))
(k=coulomb's constant & h = h-bar)

i need to know what the significance of this number is, and apparently there is a lot.

This is the fine structure constant, denoted α. It sets the strength of the electromagnetic force.
