Is it possible to see twins in Si under an optical microscope?

well optical microscopy do reveal twins in brasses, hopefully twins in Si can also be observed but im not pretty sure about this. Otherwise if it does you shoud have to look for an etchent for that . . . .

I was looking for suitable etchant. Can somebody suggest one?
