LOL I thought this was funny so I decided to make this post. Whenever you get junk mail save it and scratch off you name etc. on it. Take the junk mail envelopes that have free postage and stuff it full of junk mail and mail junk mail back to those bastards. I laugh so hard whenever I do it plus its free. Maybe if a ton of people start doing this, the junk mail companies can drown in their own garbage.

I thought about this once, but then I felt sorry for the postman.

While this may seem like a humorous solution to dealing with junk mail, it may not be the most effective way to combat the problem. While it may provide a temporary sense of satisfaction, it ultimately contributes to the cycle of waste and unnecessary use of resources. Additionally, junk mail companies may not feel the impact of a few extra pieces of mail being sent back to them, especially if they have millions of customers.

Instead, a more effective approach could be to actively opt out of receiving junk mail through services like DMAchoice or contacting specific companies directly to be removed from their mailing lists. This not only reduces the amount of waste being produced, but also sends a message to the companies that their marketing tactics are not effective and are causing harm to the environment. Let's fight junk mail in a more sustainable and impactful way!
