Microwave engine claiming free energy

SUMMARY

The discussion centers on a proposed concept of utilizing a microwave oven's magnetron in a steam turbine engine, claiming it to be the most efficient design. However, the original source lacks specific details regarding the type of magnetron and fails to provide mathematical validation for its claims. The concept has been previously tested in 1992, and the lack of investment for further development raises doubts about its viability. Overall, the consensus is that the idea is fundamentally flawed and cannot work as proposed.

PREREQUISITES
  • Understanding of magnetron functionality and applications
  • Basic knowledge of steam turbine mechanics
  • Familiarity with combustion engine principles
  • Awareness of energy efficiency concepts
NEXT STEPS
  • Research the operational principles of magnetrons in microwave ovens
  • Explore steam turbine design and efficiency metrics
  • Investigate historical attempts at free energy devices
  • Learn about the scientific method for validating energy claims
USEFUL FOR

Engineers, energy researchers, and individuals interested in alternative energy technologies will benefit from this discussion, particularly those evaluating the feasibility of unconventional energy sources.

I found this just a while ago...

The whole idea is to take a magnetron froma microwave oven and install it in a combustion engine. The problem is this guy says it is to be used as a steam turbine, not a combustion engine (and that it is the most effecient steam turbine ever!). He does not state which magnetron to use. Further he gives no math to his claims or any of his 'research'. And lastly the instructions are rudimentary, he does not even explain how to uninstall a magnetron and install it, just where to install it. There are many other occurring errors.

This here really debunks the idea:
This engine was first tested in 1992. I am however unable to invest the
required capital to produce a more sophisticated model and therefore unable to
patent it. Even though I may not be able to profit from this technology, it
is too good to be kept to myself and I would like to spread it around so that
others may be able to use it.

Anything further to add?
