My opinion.

As theories on gravity goes there are no really good ones and they all fall short. So what happens when you give up the notion of gravity as a force and look for it as a result? Turns out that is just where you find it.

Gravity is like a mirage. As you trudge across the dessert you see a lake of tempting water but try as you might you cannot reach it for it evaporates faster than you can reach it. Gravity likewise is a mirage.
