I haven't, sorry. I have not been thinking about those problems recently. Though, I would really like you to tell me more whenever/if you find out an answer.

I have been reading a thread on dimensions in GR, and your difficulty in obtaining a straight answer to the question "in which dimension does 4-d spacetime bend?" (or something like that). My understanding of GR is that it needs a 5th d, as 4-d is not enough. Have you found any more clarification on this?
