You have to have either the time or the acceleration to find the force. Absent of acceleration the way to find force would be to use the momentum equations.
p=mv
p=(Fnet)*(Δt)
therefore...
(Fnet)*(Δt)=mv
Fnet=(mv)/(Δt)
