Since April 1st Tepco has conducted sprayings to bind radioactive dust in certain problem areas. The efforts have been concentrated on the mountainsides behind the two buildings 'across the street' from unit 3 (the Common Spent Fuel Pool (CSFP) and the Medium Voltage Switchyard (MSV) respectively), and to the area around the Central Radwaste Treatment Facility (CHWTF), situated to the south of unit 4.
