Well, the following states have a
higher debt as ratio of GDP: Colorado, Washington, Alaska, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, New York, Kentucky and Massachusetts. Wanna kick them too?
I personally don't want them, except for New York, maybe, if it renames to its correct name: New Amsterdam.
