Newly EE need advice

I graduated with a BSEE, I'm not sure if I should go get some experience or continue with grad school (BSEE). I was offer a TA position with my grad school but on the other hand my phone has been blowing with different companies trying to hire me. (none around my school so i can only choose experience or more education)
Please give me some advice! and share your experience

This is a personal decision. Do you feel that you are aiming at a more academic and theoretical view of things? Then go back to school.

On the other hand, engineering is inherently a hands-on endeavor. The best way, in my arrogant and self centered opinion, is to jump in with both feet, and get busy with the task of engineering.

However, what worked for me may not work for you. Good Luck!
