dealing with Jealousy

So how do you feel about those people who're naturally superior to you? I mean those people who are smarter or prettier than you? Those who just draw attention to themselves when they step somewhere because of their beauty or make you admire their wisdom and intelligent when they say something?

Hello Lisa,

Do you rank persons according to their intellect or appearance? What are your criteria then?

Jealousy can be "poisonous" and it's a safe bet that nothing good arises from it.

Whenever I meet other persons and notice that they have a certain "talent" so to speak I'm definitely not trying to let jealousy arise. The only thing I want to do is to draw inspiration from them and have a nice time. And in the end everyone is able to give something in return as well.

Finally: I didn't vote.

Well if you had put this smiley: -> on the list I might have not been able to resist.

Regards,

nazzard

Work hard to be better than them, or accept that you can't and move on. That's my philosophy...at least, it is when I can help it...

One thing i've noticed is that im the greatest person on this planet. Why is this? I stand for everything I believe in! Everything I would ever want in me is in me! Im perfect and I strive to be myself. It's a self-perpetuating confidence booster.

You're right! In your case penguins since it's not ok to compare things that almost has nothing to do with each other.

I find more-experienced people to be very useful friends (choice #7). I refrain from using "naturally superior" or "inferior" - seems meaningless, even pathological.

One shouldn't care about that, really...

I mean those people who are smarter or prettier than you?
I have met smarter people, again i don't care...BUT PRETTIER ??? Nono, i have not yet met such people, sorry...

Those who just draw attention to themselves when they step somewhere because of their beauty or make you admire their wisdom and intelligent when they say something?
I only respect such people. I admire WA Mozart, Marlon Brando, Pete Sampras, Luciano Pavarotti and Jack Nicholson. These are my idols (for many years now) because i would wanna be like them.

I dislike arrogance I know that much, four people so far are currently trying to draw attention to their selves and away from their inferiority complexes, I think it's known as overcompensating

I voted for don't really care that much, it's not like you can't work to improve yourself using someone else as your inspiration.

So Lisa, what's this all about, some new girl in class ?

I admire WA Mozart, Marlon Brando, Pete Sampras, Luciano Pavarotti and Jack Nicholson. These are my idols (for many years now) because i would wanna be like them.
You want to be a tennis superstar in a movie and compose and sing an opera for the background score ? Hmm.. not bad at all .

I voted "Who cares? I just do my best to succeed at what I am good at."
