Root Beer Float - Vanilla Bean Ice Cream with Barq's root beer.
OR
Deep Fried Ice Cream (a mexican dessert)
 
Ben and Jerries super new york super chunk fudge

AND

Brown cow- it's a root beer float using Vernors ginger ale instead of root beer- specialty of Sanders ice cream places, which are no longer open
