Chicago wins the USOC bid. God help us here in Chicago if they get to host the Olympics! I will need to find another way to get to work since Lakeshore Drive through downtown will be a ZOO!

Wow. wouldn't that be something? Its been a long time sense Chicago hosted a big event. Century of Progress 1933-34, I believe, was the last time Chicago basked in the world spot light.
