Rational Integration

1. The problem statement, all variables and given/known data
Integrate (dx)/(-4 + x^2)

2. Relevant equations

Trig substitution?????

3. The attempt at a solution

How would you integrate something like this? I don't need answers, I just need some guidelines to start off.

Thanks.
