i am learning digital design and i need to find a forum
that can answer me questions in these subjects

But you didn't ask any questions in that forum. You just re-posted your original post from this thread, saying that you are looking for info. If you post specific questions in that Homework Help, Engineering forum, you will get some help on your question, within the Rules of the forum (you need to show your work so far, etc.).
