what is neutrix calculus ??

i came across this 'invention' by a chance the qeustion is what is neutrix calculus and how can it be used in order to make sense of divergent series and integrals ?

It is a known journal, so probably he is not a total crackpot. (I don't know, maybe your institution must subscribe for you to see the above paper?)

MathSciNet list 144 of its reviewed papers with "neutrix" in the title. So my initial thought that it is a crackpot notion did not stand.
