Cant oscillate sine wave from "bubba" oscillator


hey
i cant oscillate sine wave from "bubba" oscillator using pSpice.
see the following attachment.
can u please halp me?

Make sure that you have your power supply pins right. TL084's and LM348's use pin 4 as Vcc, which is a little confusing when you used to pin 4 being used for Vee on all of the dual op amp parts.

What is the diffrenace between Vcc and Vee?
the pins are proper connected as u can see in the attachment.
