LatEx reference in protected area of PF?

I tried to check Tex reference when posting - I clicked already existing LaTeX image, clicked "LaTeX code reference" link - and I was aksed to enter user name and password to access protected area

Seems like file http://www.physicsforums.com/misc/howtolatex.pdf is protected now for some reason.
