Potential Transformer of a 3-phase
Ive got a problem related about potential transformers in 3 phase.
Are they measured in line-line or line-neutral? My connection is wye-delta. Thanks! |

Line-line always, for both Delta and Wye, irrespective of Dy or Yd.
