Ok, I've seen lots about this. Can't say I "don't know what's up with this?" as I think I do. I would like, however, this to be an objective approach. This is largely over. Can he get this, now, or is he doomed?

Not doomed, just tarnished.
 
I was disappointed in the media more then Sheen, but at least a songify came out of it.
