Hello,
I was just wondering if anyone around here is a Ham/ interested in amateur radio at all. I got my ticket two years ago when I was sixteen but don't operate much lately due to college and the horrible reception you get in the average dorm.

Off-Shore Pirate radio for me, that's all...

I had a chance to get a 70 ft free Ham radio tower but I passed it up, I didn't know what I would do with it besides sell it on ebay. How much would one be worth.

I'm a general-class Ham, but I've never used it. I got the cert. just in case I ever needed it for my search and rescue team back in college.

But I don't transmit any more. When I did, I preferred CW (Morse).
