Question Need Help With Hw!!!

Please help me figure this out..

The tallest spot on Earth is Mt. Everest, whichis 8841 m above sea level. if the radius of the Earth to sea level is 6377 km, how much does the magnitude of g change between sea level and the top of Mt. Everest.

I need to know how to do this and submit it b4 midnight tonight for a grade..please help me

The acceleration of gravity g at a spot of the surface of earth is
g=(M*G)/(r*r)
M is the mass of earth, G is Newton constant and r is the radius from the center of the earth to the spot
Now is simple to know the answer to your problem
