What is the effect of change of wavelength on diffraction pattern?Does it effects intensity or fringe width?

I believe it will affect both if you just change the wavelength and not the spacing of the diffraction grating. Perhaps this will help: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Diffraction_grating
