Even My Dr. Doesn't understand this problem !!!
It's is desired to determine a voltage to within one part in 300.what accuracy of the meter is required?

Why would you expect your Dr. to know about a voltage meter? "One part in 300" is 1/300= 0.003333333.... or 1/3 of one percent. That is the accuracy.
