Answer:

Replace the numbers in each of the corners with the sum of the odd digits in the number that is there. For instance in the top right corner is the number 492. There is only one odd digit there, namely 9. So the sum of the odd digits is 9. After replacing all the corner numbers, the pattern appears. For this reason, I guess the answer is 13.
