    Graduate Why Does 'a' Being Smaller Than 'a0' Eliminate μ in MOND?

    Sorry if I'm in the wrong section to ask this question. I'm trying to find out when astronomers discovered that the solar system oscillates through the galactic plane. I just can't imagine the Mayans having the ability to determine that it actually occurs on a 26,000 (or whatever) year...
