Found it in an auto shop here in Australia here's the pic of it in the top black rubber section is the power button (press and hold to operate/ release to stop). it should be easy enough to remove the insides and replace with your circuit...

Hey Doc is it possible to get a schematic of the circuit board and a parts list with all the sound ranges that needed be needed for your Sonic Screwdriver. Or as I like to call it a Frictionless Screwdriver.
