Dissolving solid copper chloride
Hi All I have a question regarding what type of chemical/solution that is recommended to dissolve solidified Copper(I) chloride around a ceramic coated sample. I know HCl and ammonia both works well with the copper(I) chloride). However, I don't want to damage the sample. I have tried EDTA... -

Material properties at elevated temperature
Hi everyone, Please help me, I am almost dying for this project. I am doing a project that is dealing with high temperature, and i would like to ask you guys, is there any way to get the material properties of alloy, ceramics, or glass(fused quartz) at high temperature? i have tried to...- alex-book

Determine how pressure, temperature and volume change
Hi, sorry to bring this question up again, i know it has been a long time, but i kind of have the same problem with this, could you please help me again? my question is, when i have a rigid closed system of water let's say in amount of 500mL and then i heat it up until 600C which is way pass...- alex-book

How Do You Calculate Pressure in a Heated Closed System Vessel?
Yea i have tried both real gas and ideal gas equation and both of them almost the same, took me so long to find the van der waals constant+equation. Thanks Redbelly! and for both of calculation i used the density of argon at STP(1atm and 25C) which is 1.449kg/m3 is that okay? so it will be like...- alex-book

How Do You Calculate Pressure in a Heated Closed System Vessel?
Thnx redbelly98! ohhh so the volume stays the same? well :) i kno its a stupid question, its just that the volume tend to increase with the temperature right? And it is true right for Argon gas i can just use ideal gas equation, or should i go with the non-ideal gas formula? Thanks again!- alex-book
