I see, my bad! L doesn't represent any numbers from the equation and that's not multiplication. I just put L so that I can tell people that I need to get the XYZ from those numbers 0.5839, 0.1682, 0.2477, LMN are just labels for these numbers. No other significant role in the equation. Sorry...

LMN is just like XYZ variables.
