From the equation below,
how do we get the XYZ if the only numbers given are the LMN (0.5839, 0.1682, 0.2477)?
Thank you!

X = 1.57
Y = 5.45
Z = 3.70

T = (1/X+1/Y+1/Z)*100 = 109.0699

A = (1/ (X*T))*100 = (L) 0.5839
B = (1/ (Y*T))*100 = (M) 0.1682
C = (1/ (Z*T))*100 = (N) 0.2477

I'm not sure if I understand your notation.

If you know (1/ (X*T))*100 = 0.5839 and T = 109.0699 then you can get X simply by multiplying both sides with X/0.5839. The other two variables work the same way.

Hi already edited my post. This clears everything? Thanks!

What does "= (L) 0.5839" mean? Is that a multiplication of L and 0.5839? Does that mean L has this value?

LMN is just like XYZ variables.

That doesn't answer my question. Is it a multiplication or something else?
Why are there brackets?

I just don't understand the notation.

I see, my bad! L doesn't represent any numbers from the equation and that's not multiplication. I just put L so that I can tell people that I need to get the XYZ from those numbers 0.5839, 0.1682, 0.2477, LMN are just labels for these numbers. No other significant role in the equation.

Sorry for making a mess in the equation!

Then you should write this as L = 0.5839, M = 0.1682, and N = 0.2477. When you write LMN or XYZ, most people would interpret these as L * M * N or X * Y * Z
