What is the best way to learn basic multiplication tables?
There's no trick. You just have to do it again and again until you have it. You shouldn't even think about anything less than 13 by 13 or so, it needs to just be a reflex.- Big Crunch

Your physical shape and condition
I've been lurking around this forum for awhile so I might as well jump in... I try and be active as much as I can. I lift for strength, run occasionally, and walk almost everywhere.
