Jikx is right on the money. Endorphins cause a euphoric effect after your body calms down from a jog or run. It's very similar to the usage of marijuana, but not as intense.

From your statement, it sounds as if you're calling god a biological being. I don't believe god is a biological being, but something beyond our comprehension.

I don't think Earth is a hell for other planets and their residents, but I do think that Earth could be a place of punishment for immoral crimes committed in a past life. I mean, there are a lot of theories claiming Earth to be a place of punishment, and it indeed could be.

That's a simple question with a simple answer. I wouldn't kill the opposing soldier even if it was my "duty" to do so being a soldier of the opposite militia. It's immoral, and there's no logical reason to kill a man if they don't plan on killing you or causing trouble.
