Glad to find this forum. I am far from the level of physics education you folks have. I simply wonder about things now and then and was looking for a tolerant place to ask questions of which i suspect many of you would think "didn't he go to high school?". Yes, i did, i wasn't a very focused student and that was back around 1970 to 1974. Since i did not pursue a field of education in any science related field, that knowledge has pretty much vaporized.
