I have spent 35+ years working in engineering and applied physics across several high-technology industries. Early in my career I worked at DEKA Research and Development — Dean Kamen's R&D firm — where I contributed to the development
of the home peritoneal dialysis unit and worked on prototype circuit design and testing for motor controllers that were later incorporated into the iBot wheelchair and the Segway. That work gave me deep hands-on experience with
precision electromechanical systems, power electronics, and embedded control design.

From there I moved into RF engineering at SecureCare Products, designing and testing antenna systems, calculating impedance matching via Smith charts, and developing transmitter and receiver hardware for hospital patient security
systems — infant and elderly patient tracking using radio frequency transmission, door access controls, and supporting infrastructure.

I currently work at Gemini in medical imaging, where I work daily with CT, MRI, and X-ray systems — high-precision equipment that sits at the intersection of applied physics, electromagnetics, and engineering tolerances that do not
forgive errors.

Outside of my professional career I am the founder of Magnetic Innovative Solutions LLC, where I have spent 12+ years developing a magnetic flywheel power conversion system (4+ provisional patents filed) and the TriPhase Wave
Mechanics Framework — a derivation of 42 fundamental physical constants from vacuum permittivity and permeability with zero fitted parameters, recently published on Zenodo (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.17855383).

My interest here is applied physics. I am not an academic, but I have spent my entire career doing the calculations, building the hardware, and working alongside engineers and physicists on systems where the math has to be right.
