I think I know where the person who asked this question is coming from. The zeros (such as 14.13 ...) and so on, are not primes. CRGreathouse is very helpful, above. But I would ask then: a) Is the position of these non-trivial zeros (say, 14.13 ...) the power to which the primes must...- CKM
