Why is that? I'm assuming that most of you guys are against online degrees accredited or not?

Lately I stumbled upon Western Governors University and they happen to offer online degrees in computer science and they also offer a degree in cloud computing. I was wondering does this online university seem legit? They seem to be regionally accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges...

I'm sorry I gave the wrong information. The software engineering program at the university I was going to transfer to is not abet accredited. but they offer it anyway. Will that matter to an employer as to getting a CS degree that is abet accredited?

I'm planning on majoring in either CS or Software Engineering, but the software engineering program is abet accredited. Will employers care?

So in other words I can receive credit for calculus by doing the clep test if I wanted to and it wouldn't matter when I apply to MIT for grad school? The only thing that matters is GPA,GRE, Recommendations, etc?

I was also taking a couple of clep tests for calculus to get full college credit. Would that look bad on my transcript if i ever decide to apply to MIT or CMU for grad school? Also does it matter if I do extracurricular activities or just focus of grades and gpa?
