High School Understanding Voltage Reference Points and Potential Differences | Explained
Hello I know that 5 volts in reference to ground (0 volts) is 5 volts as there is a potential differencce of 5 volts between 0 and 5 volts. Does this mean 5 volts in reference to 2 volts would be 7 volts as there is a potential difference of 5 volts between 2 and 7 volts? Thank you for...- e44-72

Undergrad Electromagnetic induction question
Sorry my question is confusing. If current flows through a coil, (like from a battery) then is produces a magnetic field. So if I move a coil in a magnetic field, to create a current flow through the coil will it also turn into a magnetic?- e44-72

Undergrad Electromagnetic induction question
Hello I am new to this forum and wanted to ask a question on em induction. I know if a current passes through a wire a magnetic field around the wire is produced and can be amplified by having a coil of wire. If that is then placed in a magnetic field (like between a north and south pole...- e44-72
