For applying for researching should I put education, interests, and awards after or before my experiences? I'm asking mainly because I don't really have good experiences yet. The only thing I have is tutoring, programming, and labs which were done in high school. Thank you!

Nope, atleast not to my knowledge. Just label it, and sometimes it would obvious what is what with respect to the question but NOT alway's. And usually when solving things with circles it is not necessary to say its a major/minor arc.
