Can you please explain the difference between ground state and stationary state? In the stationary state, are the electrons at rest inside the atom?- Einstein Jr.

Graduate Mass of Electron: Relativity & Its Definite Mass
By normal mass I meant the way of measurement of mass that I use in everyday life. I now know that I meant rest mass. Sorry for being so unscientific :( I'm kinda new here. Now, according to you guys, an electron orbiting an atom will have a huge mass. (this is what happens in an atom, if I'm...- Einstein Jr.

Graduate Mass of Electron: Relativity & Its Definite Mass
What is the difference between rest mass and normal mass? Even if an electron moves at near light speed, wouldn't we get a huge value for its mass, rather than a really small value like 9.1x10^-31?- Einstein Jr.

Graduate Mass of Electron: Relativity & Its Definite Mass
If an electron moves at light speed, how do we know that it has a definite mass(9.1 x 10^-31kg)? According to relativity, shouldn't its mass be infinite?- Einstein Jr.
